Wynn’s Four Signature Restaurants Receive Seven MICHELIN Stars from MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2023

Sichuan Moon wins first Hong Kong and Macau MICHELIN Guide Service Award

Macau, April 26, 2023 — The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2023 revealed its latest list of MICHELIN-star restaurants today, and Wynn collectively earned seven MICHELIN stars across four signature restaurants at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. At Wynn Macau, the classic Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei, and the only Japanese restaurant in Macau to earn MICHELIN recognition – Mizumi – have both once again garnered two MICHELIN stars. At Wynn Palace, the refined Sichuan restaurant Sichuan Moon earned two MICHELIN stars once again and the palatial Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei Palace retained one MICHELIN star.

Also, MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau has introduced a new MICHELIN Guide Service Award for the first time. This award recognizes one food and beverage professional in all of Hong Kong and Macau who goes above and beyond to deliver exemplary service. Ms. Kit Li, Supervisor of Sichuan Moon has been selected as the very first to receive this new MICHELIN Guide Service Award from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2023. Passionate about delivering impeccable service and in constant pursuit of perfection, Ms. Li is very attentive to the needs of each guest. Together with the entire team at Sichuan Moon, she received this honor for eloquently imparting her rich knowledge of the cuisine to guests of Sichuan Moon and for consistently delivering unparalleled dining experiences.

•    Mizumi (Two Stars)
     (Achieving MICHELIN recognition for 8 consecutive years)

Wynn Palace:
•    Sichuan Moon (Two Stars)
     (Achieving MICHELIN recognition for 4 consecutive years)
•    Wing Lei Palace (One Star)
     (Achieving MICHELIN recognition for 3 consecutive years)

Mizumi continues to reign as the only Japanese restaurant in Macau to earn MICHELIN honors, and consistently presents the best Japanese dining experience outside of Japan. Executive Chef Hironori Maeda, who oversees Mizumi, uses only the finest seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Japan and around the world to present authentic kaiseki cuisine and an extraordinary “sushi omakase” experience.
