'Enticing Explorations at Wynn' Launches in April with 'Savor a Taste of Thailand' Promotions

Discover Thai buffets, themed drinks and guest chef events in star-studded feasts with the latest 'Savor a Taste of Thailand'

Macau, March 30, 2023 – Wynn is excited to launch 'Enticing Explorations at Wynn' in April, presenting a series of star-studded feasts through collaboration with international celebrity chefs that will take its guests' taste buds on a scrumptious journey around the world. Together with three award-winning Thai guest chefs, Wynn will kick off the tasting adventure with Savor a Taste of Thailand at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace throughout April and will introduce a series of themed culinary events and offerings including "Six-hand Collaboration Gala Dinner", "Guest Chef Dining Series", Thai themed buffets and drinks, bringing guests authentic flavors, gastronomic delights and enticing colors with modern and traditional dishes from Isan all the way to the South of Thailand.

From April 6 to 30, Thai themed buffets will be available at Café Esplanada in Wynn Macau and Fontana in Wynn Palace. Guests can explore Northern and Southern Thai cuisines through a range of quintessential dishes by the Thai guest chefs, such as Stir Fried Seafood with Curry and Salted Egg Yolk, Thai Spicy Pork Rib Soup and Crispy Thai Pork Meatballs with Mint Salad. Another delight is the freshly-made Thai salad and the iconic Thai Boat Noodles prepared on the spot by the chefs. 

Buns & Bubbles in Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will also present Thai-themed drinks including Thai Bubble Milk Tea with Rainbow Jelly and Lemongrass and Lychee Soda Breeze from April 1 to 30.

Three award-winning Thai guest chefs will present their signature dishes at 'Guest Chef Dining Series':

Guest Chef Dining Series – Kaen

Debuting in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2023, Kaen showcases authentic Northeastern Thai cuisines. At the helm are two seasoned Thai chefs Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat and Kanyarat Thanomsaeng who worked for several five-star resorts in Thailand with more than 20 years of culinary experience. Harnessing their boundless creativity and healthy cooking in mind, the seasoned chefs prepare the dishes with distinct spices and star-quality ingredients to bring out the rich aroma and flavor of Isan.

Guest Chef Dining Series Samuay & Sons

Awarded in the category of "Essence of Asia" from Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2021, "50 Best Discovery" from Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2022 and Michelin Plate in Michelin Guide Thailand 2022, Samuay & Sons is famous for its exquisite yet creative Thai dishes with a modern twist. Working previously at a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco, the Owner and Executive Chef Num Weerawat Triyasenwat is famous for innovating and fusing contemporary Western cooking with Thai traditional ingredients, taking international diners on a refreshing culinary journey to Isan.

Six-hand Collaboration Gala Dinner

The three award-winning star chefs Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat, Kanyarat Thanomsaeng and Num Weerawat Triyasenwat will collaborate to deconstruct the components behind Thai traditional recipes and elevate the dishes into the contemporary era with innovative techniques and healthy eating in mind. Presenting a feast of seasonal ingredients, the Six-hand Collaboration Gala Dinner will provide the guests with a taste of the local Thai culture.
