By day, the aroma of fresh “Sunrise Brews” awakens the senses, and by night, Cinnebar comes alive with “Tiki Canto Nights”, where show-stopping cocktails highlight some of the world’s most exotic ingredients at this elegant oasis in the heart of Macao.

Beyond the new design transformation inspired by the wild tropics, Cinnebar at Wynn Macau redefines the bar experience by tapping into the unique rhythms of day and night. In the mornings, new experiential journeys engage the five senses with the soft sounds of nature and warmth of the sunlight as well as the rich aromas and lingering white smoke from the barista’s freshly roasted coffee beans. In the evenings, the temperature rises at Cinnebar with upbeat music and colorful cocktails paired with great food.

Each new day at Cinnebar begins with a “Sunrise Brews” experience from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. In the calm, serenity of the morning, sunlight streams into the bar and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air. From light roasts to bold blends, Cinnebar offers a variety of options to suit every palate. Guests may choose from classics such as the Americano, latte or cappuccino; personalized artisanal pour over and French press coffee; or a selection of creative coffees from banana lattes to pineapple cold brews. Highest quality, single-origin premium beans sourced from around the world are used – Jamaican Blue Mountain No. 1, Panama Geisha, Taiwan Yellow Bourbon and Yunnan Catimor. To enhance this new morning ritual, each one of the expertly handcrafted coffees may be paired with freshly baked pastries or Italian sandwiches and pizzas for the perfect start to the day.

In the afternoons at 4:00 pm, Cinnebar completely transforms into “Tiki Canto Nights”, where the vibrant energy of Tiki Bar culture comes to life through music and tropical cocktails. Inspired by the bold spices, fragrant teas, and rich culinary traditions of Southern China, Wynn Head Mixologist and cocktail maverick Mark Lloyd has cleverly concocted a selection of Cantonese-inspired tiki cocktails that blend tropical and Cantonese flavors with fresh fruits of the season and premium spirits. The Wynn culinary team has also designed a special menu featuring Cantonese bar snacks such as Stir-fried crispy pork belly with black bean, as well as Pan-fried stuffed red sausage, pepper, bean curd with squid paste to pair with the beverages.

The new interiors at Cinnebar feature predominantly green and indigo hues which celebrate the vibrancy of the tropics. Cinnebar also brings back memories of the intoxicating times of the classic 1950s Tiki Bar. Outdoors, guests will discover tranquil surrounds by the pool and lush gardens, reminiscent of a relaxing, Nanyang tropical villa.
