Wynn has always supported and encouraged its partners to integrate sustainable development and environmental protection policies into their daily operations. To recognize the efforts of its partners in sustainable development, Wynn announced the results of the second phase of the "SME Equipment Improvement Program" and recognized the second batch of outstanding SMEs who fulfilled the requirements of the program at the "Sustainable Development and Healthy SME Partners Recognition Ceremony". The goal is to provide local SMEs with the latest equipment to ensure they can continue to grow in their respective fields, improve quality and efficiency, and further incorporate environmental protection policies into their daily operations and future business development plans. Beyond sustainable development, ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees and members of the community remains paramount at Wynn. To this end the company is actively engaged in being a healthy enterprise. For its employees, Wynn access to health services from registered doctor, nutritionists and physical therapists as well as 24-hour psychological counseling support and self-service health monitors in the company's back-ofhouse areas. For the community and visitors to Macao, Wynn recently opened the EliteKinesio Medical Centre (Wynn Palace), Macao's first medical centre to provide physical therapy treatments at a spa. During the partnership meeting at MIECF, Wynn promoted the concept of a healthy enterprise and invited registered physical therapists and nutritionists to offer guidance and advice to participants, aiming to inspire the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.

This year, Wynn incorporated sustainable design elements into the Wynn Exhibition Area at MIECF, utilizing repurposed fabric from hotel carpets and recycled flower fiberboard for the wall panels, while also introducing innovative ways to recycle Lai si packets. Students from Pui Ching Middle School, which have received sponsorship from Wynn to participate in the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition (iGEM) for five consecutive years, showcased their expertise in using cell wall-degrading enzymes to efficiently upcycle fruit and flower waste into essential oils. The goal of this display is to highlight the creative achievements of outstanding local students, inspire green innovation and encourage the community to adopt upcycling practices. To further support a greener Macao community, Wynn invited local green organizations, along with cultural and creative enterprises, to host environmental workshops on March 28 and 29. These workshops will feature activities such as crafting creative handicrafts from recycled Lai si packets and transforming food waste into essential oils. Everyone in the community is welcome to visit the Wynn Exhibition Area to learn more and register for these exciting workshops.

The three-day partnership meeting is already receiving an overwhelmingly positive response this year, attracting nearly 300 registrations from local SMEs and surpassing last year's participant numbers. The significant increase in participation this year reflects the demand among SMEs to grow their presence in the market. Since 2016, Wynn has proactively hosted procurement partnership meetings with local SMEs. Prioritizing local procurement remains a key priority for Wynn, which continually strives to promote the sustainable development of Macao's Small and Micro enterprises by supporting local suppliers and helping them explore new business opportunities. In 2024, Wynn's total purchases from local SMEs increased by nearly 50% compared to the same period in 2023. Among these purchases, the total procurements from the "three types of local businesses" (Small and Micro enterprises, "Made in Macao" companies and Macao Young Entrepreneurs) rose by nearly 45% year-on-year. Data also shows that the three types of local businesses are producing higher quality products and both individuals and companies are enhancing their competitive edge. This positions SMEs to benefit significantly in the future, as they will gain access to more business opportunities in the neighboring Greater Bay Area and the global markets.

In the future, alongside actively promoting a green corporate culture, Wynn will continue to work closely with the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute. This collaboration aims to enhance visibility at exhibitions, create additional business opportunities for SMEs, and support the diversification and sustainable development of Macao's economy.
