"Sharing the Spirit of National People's Congress —— Women in Macau Gearing Up for Opportunities in the Greater Bay Area" was hosted by three guest speakers, who are members of the NPC or committee members of the CPPCC. They gave an overview of both the Congress and the Conference to more than 250 team members from Wynn. Through the event, Wynn hopes the team could build a deeper understanding of the spirit of the Congress and the Conference, the direction of national policy, as well as the development opportunities brought by the Greater Bay Area. At the same time, Wynn also hopes to encourage today's women to strike a balance between family and career development.

In particular, Wynn invited three outstanding female leaders in Macau to share their extensive experience and duties as a member of the NPC or CPPCC under the theme of "Sharing the Spirit of National People's Congress —— Women in Macau Gearing Up for Opportunities in the Greater Bay Area". Being outstanding leaders, they are not only role models for the country's emphasis on social equality and out-of-box thinking, but can also encourage women to unleash their talents and contribute to the future development of the country and the Greater Bay Area.

As an international company rooted in Macau, Wynn has been committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. This was the first time Wynn hosted an event focused on sharing the development path of the country with its staff. Team members from various departments including senior management, back of house executives, and frontline staff actively participated in the event, reflecting Wynn's commitment to passing on love and care to all corners of the community, uniting forces from different sectors to build a harmonious community and country.
