Supporting the development of Macao as a highly sought-after destination
for educational tours

Macao, January 24, 2024 —Wynn is committed to promoting "tourism + education" and creating educational tour programs in support of the Macao SAR Government's efforts toward promoting the sustainable development of educational tours. Therefore, Wynn is pleased to be introducing "Wynn Educational Tour", a brand new "tourism education" program that gives students a powerful tool for growth and progress. Through this educational tour at Wynn, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, encounter real-life situations while learning about day-to-day hotel operations, discover the potential of reaching exciting new horizons, and delve into Macao's rich culture from a new perspective – all with the aim of ultimately transforming Macao into a highly sought-after destination for educational tours.

A launch ceremony for "Wynn Educational Tour" took place today in the Wynn Palace Grand Theater Ballroom. Guests attending the ceremonies included: Mr. Ding Shaoxiong, Acting Director of the Education and Youth Development Bureau in the Macao SAR; Ms. Ma U Leng, Head of the Organizational Planning and Development Department of the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO); Mr. Frederic Luvisutto, Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited and Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A.; Mr. Craig Fullalove, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited; Ms. Sheng Xiaolei, Party Secretary at the Department of History and Tourism at Fudan University, as well as representatives from the six tertiary education institutions in Macao, namely the University of Macau, Macao Polytechnic University, Macao Institute for Tourism Studies, Macau University of Science and Technology, City University of Macau, and University of Saint Joseph. Following on from the launch ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony was held between Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A. and the Department of Tourism at Fudan University. Fudan University is the very first university to sign an MOU in collaboration with Wynn to promote educational tours since the introduction of Wynn Educational Tour.

"Wynn Educational Tour" will allow students in China and overseas to embark on an educational journey that integrates study tours, real-life experiences, academic exchanges, and cultural exploration. Professional tour guides at Wynn will take students on an in-depth, behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about Wynn's design philosophy, architectural features, as well as the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star service excellence for which Wynn is renowned. Students will find out all about Wynn's unique art collections and large-scale floral arrangements, while also gaining an in-depth understanding of hotel operations, learning first-hand how different hotel departments work with one another. Wynn will also host professional seminars, where Wynn management teams will share their insights on hospitality trends, developments, and the industry's future to provide academic exchange opportunities for students to gain a deeper understanding of potential opportunities and prospects in the industry. Wynn hopes to train more qualified future talents for the hospitality industry through "Wynn Educational Tour" while supporting the diversified development of Macao's tourism industry, actively transforming Macao into a popular destination for educational tours.
