Macao, January 3, 2024 —Wynn Macau has been officially certified as a "Responsible Gambling Model Unit" in recognition of Wynn's continued commitment toward promoting Responsible Gaming to the Macao community and team members. The Social Welfare Bureau, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) and the Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming of the University of Macau (ISCG), jointly organized the "Responsible Gambling Promotions 2023 – Seeking Help for Winning the Future" closing ceremony, where it presented "Macau Responsible Gambling Trainer" and "Macao Responsible Gambling Advisor" certificates to Wynn Macau and its team members in December 2023. Wynn Palace received certification in 2022.

According to recent data from the Social Welfare Bureau, Responsible Gaming awareness among local Macao residents has increased from 16.2% before 2009 to 64.9% in 2023. This increase in awareness demonstrates that the Macao SAR Government has achieved strong results in ensuring cooperation in promoting Responsible Gaming throughout the industry. The inter-departmental "Responsible Gambling Working Group" and various societal stakeholders jointly promote the implementation of Macao's responsible gaming policy since the Macao SAR Government introduced a specialized Responsible Gambling policy in 2009.

As a socially responsible company, Wynn has launched a series of educational Responsible Gaming promotions over the years, while also upholding the motto of "Responsible Gaming – Know Your Limits". Most recently, Wynn partnered with a local drama association – The Funny Old Tree Theatre Ensemble – to produce a community drama called "Dream Paradise" in line with the Responsible Gaming Promotions 2023 theme of "Seeking Help for Winning the Future". Together, Wynn and the drama association launched the "Dream Paradise" Responsible Gaming Promotions Campus and Community Drama Roadshow with a kick-off ceremony held at Wynn Macau, where representatives from government departments and supporting units showed their support. Close to 150 local students from City University of Macau, Sacred Heart Canossian College English Session, Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai and Escola Luso-Chinesa Técnico-Profissional enjoyed the drama premiere. The theatrical production was staged at schools and throughout the community in October and November 2023. In the drama "Dream Paradise", the main character helps his family overcome the adverse impacts of problematic gambling through a series of adventures. The drama and roadshows successfully promoted the Responsible Gaming messages of smart money management, responsible play, and how to seek help. In addition to the theater performances, parents received an illustrated storybook to bring home and share positive values with their children.

Next year will mark the 15th anniversary of the introduction of the Responsible Gaming Policy and the "Responsible Gambling Working Group" will continue to promote the theme of "Seeking Help for Winning the Future" with a focus on boosting visitor awareness around gambling disorders. Wynn will continue to proactively support the Macao SAR Government's policies and promotional strategies by creating new ideas for the company's annual Responsible Gaming promotional plans.  With the goal of facilitating the sustainable and healthy development of Macao's gaming industry and enhancing Macao's international image, Wynn strives to educate and strengthen residents, tourists and team members' understanding on responsible gaming.
