Macau, January 13, 2023 — To usher in the Year of the Rabbit in spectacular fashion, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai are hosting a series of exciting Chinese New Year events and sumptuous dining experiences in an effort to showcase the rich and diverse tourism offerings of Macau, attract more visitors and give a boost to the city's economy. Award-winning singer-songwriter Eric Moo will grace the stage of Wynn Macau to present his "Eric Moo Year of Rabbit Chinese New Year Concert", and the immensely popular, new-generation China comedy group – "Hip-Hop Bags Shop" – promises to bring laughter to audiences at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. Vibrant dragon and lion dance performances will also take place at both properties throughout the Chinese New Year, and Wynn is pleased to be participating in major highlights of the festive season – "Parade for Celebration of the Chinese New Year 2023" and "Strolling through Almeida Ribeiro – Pilot Scheme for a Pedestrian Area", organized by the Macao SAR Government. All of these lively celebrations across Macau promise to set the scene for a perfect start to the New Year.

Eric Moo renowned for his romantic ballads, will perform his "Eric Moo Year of Rabbit Chinese New Year Concert", on the second day of Chinese New Year (January 23) at Wynn Macau. Moo has garnered many prestigious awards for his smash album "Too Silly". Every song he sings is a reminder of the good old times, and his bewitching love songs have swept the Chinese music scene for generations. In Macau, he will sing his golden classics for guests to reminisce the past and celebrate the future.

Wynn has also invited China's wildly popular comedy group – "Hip-Hop Bags Shop" – to perform their "Chinese New Year Cross-talk Comedy Show". Comedians Gao Xiaopan, You Xianchao, Jin Fei, Chen Xi, Liu Yaqun and Liu Xueyi will have audiences roaring with laughter on the third day of Chinese New Year (24 January) at Wynn Macau and on the fourth day of Chinese New Year (25 January) at Wynn Palace. The talented "Hip-Hop Bags Shop" group creatively and ingeniously interweaves the hottest topics of today – 'internet chatter' and 'popular slang' – into a highly entertaining comedy show. Very much attuned to the present times, the comedy group skillfully injects humor into their performances, giving audiences an opportunity to relate to China's rich culture and open their eyes to new ideas. It is the perfect show to start off the Chinese New Year.

Traditional dragon and lion dance performances are the heart and soul of Chinese New Year celebrations. On the third (January 24) and fourth (January 25) days of Chinese New Year, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will host vibrant dragon and lion dance performances with the lighting of firecrackers for spectators to enjoy. Energetic lion dance teams will dance to the beat of drums and march their way through all of the major areas of each resort, "plucking the green" – a symbolic way of spreading blessings of good luck and fortune – along the way. These colorful festivities are a wonderful way for families and friends to gather together at Wynn and create memories that last a lifetime.

Wynn also looks forward to once again fully supporting the Macao SAR Government's diversified events including "Parade for Celebration of the Chinese New Year 2023 a major highlight of the festive season, organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) on the third (January 24) and seventh (January 28) days of Chinese New Year.  As an ongoing supporter of specially branded sports events, Wynn remains committed to enriching sports tourism in Macau. In an effort to contribute to sports tourism this year, Wynn has specially designed a "Rabbit Jumps for Joy" Lunar New Year float, where basketball takes center stage and a giant ferris wheel is a reminder of the floral sculpture on display at Wynn Palace. The spinning of the ferris wheel symbolizes business success and a bright, blossoming future. Wynn Care Ambassadors "Wing Wing" and "Lei Lei" will also wear colorful new costumes for the New Year and a group of dancers will present a thrilling basketball dance performance to convey good wishes for "the eternal prosperity of China, and a bright future for Macau". The Macao SAR Government is also unveiling a brand new "Strolling through Almeida Ribeiro – Pilot Scheme for a Pedestrian Area", where a series of creative art installations will inject artistic and cultural vibrancy into this beautiful old district of Macau. Wynn will also take part in the event on the first (22 January) and the third (24 January) days of Chinese New Year from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., when residents and visitors will have an opportunity to meet the God of Fortune and receive blessings for a very happy and healthy new year ahead.
