Macau, November 30, 2017 — The Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2018 announced its latest version of the guide book, with three of Wynn Macau's restaurants being awarded five Michelin Stars. This current edition marks the sixth and second consecutive year for Golden Flower and Mizumi to receive their coveted two Michelin stars respectively, and the ninth consecutive year for Wing Lei to be award Michelin Star.

Set in an opulent and exclusive dining room, Golden Flower celebrates the life of Cantonese Qing dynasty official Tan Zongjun with the authentic flavors of China's interior -- Tan, Lu (Shandong), and Sichuan. With the interior design reflecting the exquisite, intimate nature of Tan cuisine, the restaurant is set to bring guests the most unprecedented dining experience.

 

In collaboration with three Michelin-starred chefs, Mizumi offers a truly authentic Japanese dining experience, creating in Macau the greatest Japanese dining experience outside of Japan. The combined skills of the chefs guarantees to satisfy the most discerning of palates.

 

Wing Lei prides itself on offering high-end, classic Cantonese cuisine, featuring both regular and seasonal menus. The chefs prepare an array of delightful dishes by taking note from Japan and western countries in order to meet customers' diversified appetites. The restaurant's décor is an evocative blend of traditional and modern Chinese design characteristics. Yellow with touches of flame coral in a sea of creamy textures, the room exudes masculinity with elements of sparkle, glowing in color and light.
