Macau, March 9, 2018 – Macau is to be the host destination for the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awards, one of the most acclaimed recognitions in the region's gastronomic industry, with Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai being selected as the official venue partners for the awards for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019.

 

By bringing this world-class gourmet platform to Macau to enable epicureans to exchange their views, the organizers aim to inject new momentum into the city's gastronomic scene. At the same time, it offers the ideal opportunity to showcase the sector's rapid development to top chefs and professionals from around the world.

Asia's 50 Best Restaurants provides a platform to bring together industry professionals as well as to promote the growth of the food and beverage sector.

Influential chefs and culinary leaders from around Asia will hold discussions, conduct interactive demonstrations and exchange views with fellow industry professionals. In addition, the culinary world's most anticipated event of the year, the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awards Ceremony, will be held on March 27th at Wynn Palace, where the 2018 awards list and further special awards will be announced by the organizers. The list is voted for by a judging panel comprised of food and beverage professionals from across Asia.
