Sichuan Moon takes the essence of Sichuan cuisine and presents each dish in new and innovative ways. In partnership with internationally renowned Chef André Chiang, Sichuan Moon reinterprets the flavors of Sichuan cuisine through a contemporary approach and with the pairing of exceptionally rare, specialty teas. The Sichuan Moon interior, which features a breathtakingly beautiful Murano butterfly chandelier as a centerpiece, offers a visually stimulating and immersive dining experience that is a blend of East and West.
Wing Lei specializes in crafting high quality, classic Cantonese cuisine and has earned Michelin recognition for 11 consecutive years and was elevated to two stars. With Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong at the helm, Chef Chan and his team have worked extraordinarily hard to ensure the traditions of Cantonese cuisine are upheld, the ingredients are always of premium quality and the presentation of each dish is exceptional. The restaurant features traditional and modern Chinese design characteristics that are immediately visible in the iconic flying dragon composed of thousands of Swarovski crystals and individual blown glass elements for a touch of drama.
Golden Flower, which has retained its coveted Michelin two-star accolade for eight consecutive years, celebrates the rich history of Tan, Lu (Shandong) and Sichuan cuisines. During the Qing Dynasty, a government official from Canton named Tan Zongjun introduced Tan cuisine, which blends the best of China's northern and southern culinary traditions. Executive Chef of Chinese Culinary at Wynn Macau, Liu Guo Zhu, who has garnered more than 50 years of culinary experience, oversees the dining experience at Golden Flower. The restaurant's sophisticated interior reflects the exquisite, intimate nature of the cuisine, which was often served exclusively to special guests in Tan Zongjun's courtyard home in Beijing.
For four consecutive years, Mizumi has successfully remained as the only Michelin two-star restaurant in Macau and continues to present the finest Japanese dining experience outside of Japan. Mizumi serves the most premium and freshest ingredients of the season from Japan and around the world. Featuring the iconic Japanese national colors of red and white, the restaurant décor is also inspired by a selection of antique, gold and silver Japanese Obi. Together, these interior design elements offer a beautiful setting that wonderfully complements the pleasures on the palate.
