In addition to honoring the restaurants at Wynn, the MICHELIN Guide also awarded an outstanding member of the Wynn restaurant team for consistently going above and beyond to create exceptional gastronomic experiences. Ms. Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited said,

"We are proud of the accolades our Wynn signature restaurants have received from the MICHELIN Guide. This recognition is not only a testament of Wynn's commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences, but also demonstrates how our talented food and beverage teams continue to go above and beyond to provide the highest levels of service. We are especially honored that one of our passionate culinary team members received the MICHELIN Guide Service Award. This is a reflection of Wynn's commitment to delivering service excellence and cultivating high-quality talent to set even higher standards for Macao's tourism industry.  As a leader in gastronomy in Macao with a global reputation for culinary excellence, we will continue to raise the bar by creating innovative concepts and delivering exceptional experiences to showcase Macao as a 'Creative City of Gastronomy' and solidify the city's position as a 'World Center of Tourism and Leisure'."

Chef Tam's Seasons has become the only restaurant in Macao to be elevated to two MICHELIN stars. Cantonese Master Chef Tam Kwok Fung is the creative genius behind Chef Tam's Seasons, which is renowned for its ever-changing menus based on his philosophy of 24 solar terms and for also paying tribute to the rich cultural traditions of Cantonese cuisine. The seasonal delicacies for each dish are thoughtfully prepared in accordance with time to carefully harmonize the flavor profiles and to encourage guests to "eat in accordance with each season". Since its opening, Chef Tam's Seasons has already received many prestigious awards including a ranking on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, garnering "Macau's Best Restaurant" honors and more international accolades.

With the award-winning Executive Chef Hironori Maeda at the helm of Mizumi at Wynn Palace, the exceptional Japanese restaurant received its first MICHELIN star this year. Chef Maeda has been recognized three times by RED U-35 (Ryorinin's Emerging Dream) – one of Japan's most influential culinary competitions honoring young chefs, and he also received honors from Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia – The Arts. For Chef Maeda, the secret to creating contemporary Japanese cuisine lies in the freshness and seasonality of three key ingredients. He insists on sourcing first grade Kelp, dried Bonito and premium Binchotan charcoal flown in directly from Japan. At the center of the restaurant are three Japanese Koi (Nishikigoi). Handcrafted using Valencian woodworking techniques, this eye-catching centerpiece vividly captures the playfulness of Koi – a perfect reflection of the restaurant's personality.

For 16 consecutive years, under the visionary leadership of Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong, Wing Lei has earned MICHELIN recognition. By preserving the traditions of Cantonese cuisine and infusing innovative techniques, Chef Tak masterfully prepares Cantonese classics while also highlighting their cultural characteristics. For nearly two decades, Chef Tak has continued to insist upon sourcing only the finest of ingredients to ensure each one of his dishes are of the highest quality. As the perfect complement to his refined dishes, the centerpiece of the restaurant features an iconic Crystal Dragon composed of 90,000 Swarovski crystals and individual blown glass elements, attracting visitors from around the world.

An additional two Wynn restaurants – SW Steakhouse at Wynn Palace and Drunken Fish at Wynn Macau – also received MICHELIN Selected honors. Helmed by Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral, SW Steakhouse – renowned for its classic American steaks and the finest of seafood – received the MICHELIN Selected award once again this year. Chef Helder insists on selecting prime cut steaks from around the world, including certified Gold Grade Wagyu from Snake River Farms in the US and exclusive Australian Rangers Valley Black Market beef. To elevate the dining experience further, the lights darken, music fades and an aperture opens, presenting a one-of-a-kind animated theatrical surprise. Drunken Fish, the brand-new immersive seafood restaurant concept which opened in September last year, has now earned the MICHELIN Selected honor for the first time. With Executive Chef Henry Zhang Zhicheng overseeing Drunken Fish, the restaurant gathers the world's most premium seafood, an extensive selection of fine wines and liquors, skillfully integrates innovative culinary techniques from around the region, and cleverly infuses Moutai into seafood dishes. As the only restaurant in Macao to house a trendy Moutai-themed bar, Drunken Fish offers an extensive collection of Moutai liquors and an array of innovative Moutai cocktails. It is also the first restaurant in Macao where guests can bid on the freshest catches, adding an interactive twist to the dining experience.
