Artwork collaboration with local artists to fundraise donations for
social service organizations

Macau, January 27, 2022 – Century-old luxury brand Louis Vuitton officially opened its new store at Wynn Palace last August. To mark the occasion, Wynn partnered with Louis Vuitton for the first time to launch a special charity program. Two Macau artists were invited to hand-paint two classic Louis Vuitton trunks that were then sold, raising a total of MOP 143,000, with all proceeds being donated to three local social service organizations that support children's artistic development.

The cheque presentation ceremony was recently held at Wynn Palace. Ms. Linda Chen, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited and representative from Louis Vuitton jointly presented the cheques to representatives of the three beneficiary social service organizations, including Ms. Lam Kim U, Principal of Concordia School for Special Education, Ms. Esther Sun, Director of the Macau Autism Association, and Ms. Chan Un Wa, Vice President of Directive Council of the Richmond Fellowship of Macau. Other participating guests included Macau famour artist Mr. Mann Lao, 2021 outstanding graduates from Macao Polytechnic Institute (ESA) Ms. Yvette Lou, and Mr. Raymond Lei, Assistant Vice President of Community and Government Relations of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.

To promote the development of local art, the event specially invited two Macau artists to create exquisite artworks on two classic Louis Vuitton trunks. They hand painted the classic elements that recalled the quintessential characteristics of Macau, integrating their art into Louis Vuitton's unique design, enabling people to explore stories of Macau's history and culture in these unique creations.

As a member of the Macau community, Wynn has always been committed to giving back to society. It seeks to actively support underprivileged local communities with special needs by co-curating charitable activities with different sectors, and at the same time promote the cultivation and development of local cultural and artistic talents.
