Macau, November 26, 2018 ─ Ever since its establishment, Wynn has been actively committed to nurturing local talents and providing diverse training programs for its team members. To further promote the development of the industry and nurture exceptional talents, Wynn rolled out the "Leadership Acceleration Program" in 2016, providing an intensive 4-month development program to members of management in a variety of positions. The program is designed to upgrade participants' capabilities in planning, organizing and communicating, in order to help unleash their leadership abilities. The courses combine theory and practical applications, including overseas trainings and a series of internal courses, so participants can learn and practice management skills in a professional and open environment.

Wynn recently held a graduation ceremony for the program participants, who all agreed that they have become more well-rounded professionals, and have developed a better understanding of people management. This reflects Wynn's emphasis on cultivating and developing talents, thereby laying a successful foundation for the sustainable future development of the company. Since launching the program, Wynn has organized six rounds of training, with 80 team members successfully completing all courses.

The program graduation ceremony was held at Wynn Palace, where 42 graduates were presented with certificates to recognize their learning efforts and achievements. Participants shared that they had enhanced their personal management skills, professional knowledge and communications skills through the program, as well as helping develop new ways of thinking. As a result of the program, they are even more confident in their ability to excel and to lead their teams with a professional attitude, continuing to further develop Wynn's culture of refined service.

Wynn will continue to provide different career development opportunities for its team members in different positions, and to foster a new generation of professionals. At the same time, Wynn hopes to encourage team members to continue improving themselves by organizing a variety of professional training courses, and inspiring them to seize every opportunity to develop their personal strengths in different areas of work.
