Wynn Partners With Macao Chamber of Commerce to Organize Wynn Local SME Procurement Partnership Program 2017

Macau, September 15, 2017 – Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. is partnering with the Macao Chamber of Commerce to organize "Wynn Local SME Procurement Partnership Program 2017 - Business Matching Session for Micro Enterprises, "Made in Macao", and Young Entrepreneurs" on September 26, 2017 (Tuesday) from 10 am to 6 pm at the Grand Ballroom of Wynn Macau.

Local SMEs have always been close business partners of Wynn, but the impact of the recent typhoons may have created tremendous challenges to many. During this difficult period, Wynn will continue its support of local SMEs by launching a series of measures which include a business matching session to create more business opportunities for SMEs and so help facilitate their business growth.

The partnership meeting will be arranged through appointments in advance, with micro enterprises, "Made in Macao" companies and young entrepreneurs cordially invited to send representatives to attend the meeting and develop mutually-beneficial business partnerships. Relevant companies can confirm their attendance and register for this business matching session through the Online Business Matching Service Platform (http://bm.ipim.gov.mo/) of Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) from today until September 18, 2017. For business matching enquiries, please contact Ms. Sarah Fong from Wynn Macau at 8986 5405. For online registration enquiries, please contact Ms. Leung from IPIM at 8798 9678.

At the event, Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) will provide on-site technical support to assist local SMEs in downloading "ChoicePro", a procurement platform mobile application through which companies can centralize the releasing and receiving of procurement information, further promoting business collaboration between local SMEs and large enterprises. The three major local banks, Bank of China (Macau Branch), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) and Banco Nacional Ultramarino will also attend the meeting to provide suitable business information for local SMEs as needed.

"Wynn Local SME Procurement Partnership Program 2017" aims to target three major types of enterprises, including micro enterprises, "Made in Macao" companies, and  young entrepreneurs. The definitions of these 3 types of enterprises are available online at www.wynnmacaulimited.com under the "Corporate Social Responsibility" section.

Wynn believes that the development of local enterprises is key to promoting the diversification of Macau's economy. Wynn Macau opened in 2006 and since then has continued to actively look for qualified local companies that can provide competitive and high-quality products and services, with the aim of building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with local SMEs. Moving forward, Wynn will continue to strengthen its collaboration with local SMEs by organizing partnership meetings. This will further drive the development of various business sectors, bringing more business opportunities for local companies.
